Melvin David Prescott <p>Melvin David Prescott, age 46, passed away unexpectedly on December 21, 2022. He passed away peacefully in his sleep during the early hours of Friday, February 3, 2023 at home in Prescott, Arizona. He loved to both serve and fellowship in several local churches and independent Bible study groups. For the past 33 years, David spent family time with his wife and family, enjoying cookouts, family dinners, and watching football, golf, and Hallmark movies on the television. Rick volunteered time to support local theater as well as work in the community garden. He was born on October 13, 1949 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Dan Edward and Elizabeth Prescott McDonald.
